Anne started as a trainer at Hondencentrum Dox in 2020 and later took over the school. As the number of classes grew, paper records became too much work. Aniday helped her manage that growth.
Anne previously worked as a veterinary nurse, but was more drawn to dog training. She loves seeing an anxious dog make progress and an owner better understand what their dog needs. A prepared lesson plan is a useful starting point, but she adapts the exercises whenever a group needs something different.
Small groups and individual guidance
At Dox, owners and dogs learn to work as a team. Anne adapts exercises to their level. Classes range from puppy training to scent detection and dog dancing, with attention for each owner and dog.
Paperwork could not keep up with growth
The timetable grew from roughly three to four classes a week to fifteen to twenty. Anne and her colleague needed a system that made registration and payment easier. There was a short adjustment period, but Anne says the switch went well.
Her colleague was particularly nervous about going digital after doing everything on paper. They took time to learn the new system together. Anne now notices the difference around classes: fewer registrations need separate attention, and more payments arrive before training starts.
Registration and payment before class
Students register themselves and can pay through iDEAL. Anne no longer has to enter all their details or handle as many payments just before a lesson. That helps her work more efficiently and focus on training.
