Miranda started Hondencentrum Dogs-Time after years of experience as a trainer. She wants classes to be useful and enjoyable for both people and dogs. She managed the admin on paper for years before switching to Aniday.

Her interest in training began with her father, who trained gundogs. After completing her own training and teaching at another school for years, Miranda started her own business. She turned a former boarding site into a training centre with an outdoor field and an indoor puppy training space, investing considerable time in the setup and required assessments.

Making the switch together

Miranda was nervous about using a computer. After a personal introduction, she got started with help from her daughter. It took time to adjust, but the clear layout helped. The Aniday team was there when she had questions.

The schedule at her fingertips

There is no longer any need to print registration forms or write out class lists. Miranda checks the information on her phone or iPad. Instructors can also log in and see who is attending their classes.

Preparation changed for the other trainers too. Miranda used to write class times and participant lists on slips of paper. Now instructors can check for themselves. She saves time not just on paperwork, but also on passing information along. Her phone and iPad go with her to the school.

More time on the training field

In the interview, Miranda estimates that she saves an average of six hours a week. Time once spent on recurring admin now goes into dog training. She also appreciates the team’s willingness to discuss ideas from her day-to-day work.
