Ada and Hendrik-Jan took over Dierenpension De Borgelinckshof in Lettele in 2019. They wanted a small boarding business offering individual care. Aniday helps Ada organise daily tasks and keep the admin manageable.
Ada previously worked as an activities coordinator in elderly care. Caring for others remained a theme when she and Hendrik-Jan started looking for a boarding business. Opening one where they used to live proved difficult. In Lettele, they found an existing facility they could adapt to their ideas.
Attention to each animal’s needs
Ada considers which arrangement suits each dog. That might mean an individual kennel or playtime in a smaller group. She also gives plenty of attention to owners. This personal approach depends on a clear view of daily care.
A practical daily overview
Ada says the system she inherited with the business froze too often. On her sister’s recommendation, she tried Aniday. The daily overview shows arrivals and departures alongside tasks such as washing a dog.
At first, Ada wanted to use up the subscription to her old software. Repeated problems led her to switch sooner.
